Zakar Photobooth

Zakar is an open-air photobooth rental company serving clients in the Greater Toronto Area.
Their clients are people hosting celebrations like weddings, birthdays and showers. They also serve companies hosting corporate events like holiday parties, fundraisers and ticketed events.
We stepped in to streamline their brand story and refresh their visual identity.
For Zakar, we created the brand platform, “A Bento Box of Memories”.
When someone packs you a bento box, you know they were thoughtful about what you’d like and mindful about making you a balanced plate that you can take on the go.
In a way, it’s a simple “I love you”. Not a grand gesture that took hours to plan and execute, but still meaningful.
Zakar Photobooth is that, but instead of food, they curate memories.
Building on this, we also created the tagline— Curated Memories To-Go.
Zakar’s visual identity is clean but slightly whimsical.
As a result, it is aligned with their celebratory audience, but still suitable for the professional context of their corporate audience.
